Declaration issued to Cardtel Europe for the provision of virtual calling card services

By order of 2 June 2010 and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the company Cardtel Europe to provide virtual calling card services has been issued.
