A new Public Sector Employment Market (PSEM) was created, in order to offer, manily through Internet, an database concerning the search and offer of public sector job opportunities. This will raise the recruitment, as well as the geographic and interdepartmental mobility of the Public Administration human resources.
The Public Administration General-Board is responsible for the PSEM organization, development and maintenance, which will have to be functioning in the maximum stated period of six months after the coming into force of the diploma that creates it - the Decree-Law nº 78/2003, of April 23.
