This report presents the results of the evaluation, conducted by ANACOM in April 2009, on the quality of voice (GSM), video-telephony (UMTS) mobile services and network coverage (GSM and WCDMA), provided by Sonaecom (Optimus), TMN and Vodafone Portugal on the Alfa Pendular (High-speed) service of CP (Portugal Railways), specifically along the Braga-Porto-Lisbon-Faro line. The evaluation was performed through the analysis of technical parameters which give a view of quality from the consumer’s perspective.
