By determination of 21 April 2003, it was approved the draft decision regarding the PT Comunicações?, 'Rede ADSL PT' wholesale offer. This determination was notified to the interested parties in order to pronounce themselves, in the stated period of 15 days, pursuant to Articles 100th and subsequent of the Code of the Administrative Procedure.
