Highlights of the April 2010 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include articles on publication of the National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP) to be in force in 2009/2010, the 25th ANACOM seminar, approval of ITED and ITURtelecommunications infrastructure evaluation procedures and latest developments in the BWA auction.
