The information - reported on 31 March 2005 - on the notifications of member States of the European Union, carried out pursuant to article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC (Framework Directive) and to the Commission Recommendation 2003/561/EC, on market analysis, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition of obligations, has been made available.
As from 31 December 2004, date of the earlier version, the information concerning Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Ireland, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden and the United Kingdom has been updated. This table is reviewed every three months.
