By determination of 9 May 2005, approval was given to the draft decision on the alteration of the “PT ADSL Network” wholesale offer and the prior hearing of interested parties was determined, pursuant o to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, a maximum time-limit of 10 (ten) working days having been established for the assessment of the issue.
Despite the fact that the measure now adopted as draft decision does not harm the entry into force, on 19 May 2005, of the conditions of this wholesale offer notified on 19 April 2005 by PT Comunicações (PTC), ANACOM takes the view that the determined alterations ensure the coherence with other offers and the appropriate investment incentives.
