ANACOM has decided not to oppose to the entry into force, on 1 July 2005, of the proposal concerning the retail tariff of the telephone service provided at a fixed location, submitted by PT Comunicações (PTC). Notwithstanding, this enterprise shall comply with the due disclosure and or publication obligations provided for in the Law of Electronic Communications (article 48, paragraph 3, of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February).
