As part of the cooperation between the Independent Regulators Group (IRG) and the Latin-American Forum of Telecommunication Regulators (Regulatel), ANACOM has organised a seminar, in cooperation with ANATEL (Brazil’s communications regulator), taking place over 2 days from 25 to 26 March 2010 in Manaus (Brazil). The seminar will look at universal access and the pro-competitive regulation of electronic communications.
The goal of this initiative is to improve knowledge at a more technical level on issues such as universal service, quality of service, next generation networks, market analysis, digital television and role and independence of regulators.
