By determination of 4 April 2003, and based on the analysis performed by CTT-Correios de Portugal Development Plan for 2003-2005, it was requested, under clause 17 of the Concession Contract of the Universal Postal Service, additional information on road side letterboxes, having also been pronounced some recommendations to this company for preparation of future development plans.
