By determination of 23 February 2010, ANACOM has decided to declare that the proposed alteration of the tariff applicable to communications made to the direct customers of other providers, as presented by PT Comunicações (PTC) on 12 February 2010, is in compliance with the regulatory principles in force, particularly in respect of the obligations set forth in the determination of 14 February 2004 (regarding the imposition of obligations in the retail narrowband markets).
