The draft decision concerning changes to be introduced in the reference offer for the subscriber line resale offer (SLRO) has been approved following a determination of 21 July 2005. This measure stipulates that PT Group companies must amend and publish the SLRO reference offer in accordance with a series of proposed changes, within ten working days.
Interested parties may state their opinions in writing within a period of 30 working days under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
