By determination of 10 April 2003, and following the decision of 17 January 2003, the draft decision related to the suspension of the two plans of optional prices of PT Communications, denominated ?PT Network Line without Subscription?, was approved. Pursuant article 100 and subsequent of the Rules of Administrative Procedure, the interested parties have been notified for, in the terms and for the purpose, to pronounce themselves, wanting, in the stated period of 10 working days, on this probable direction of the decision.
