ANACOM has announced, under the terms of article 17 of paragraph 3 of Regulation no. 427/2009 of 29 October, as rectified by Declaration no. 2930/2009 of 27 November, with respect to the auction for the allocation of rights of use of frequencies for Broadband Wireless Access (BWA), that the single round of bidding in the distribution stage, for the presentation of bids by tenderers made eligible to enter the auction, will begin at 9am on 9 February 2010 and will close at 5pm on 11 February 2010. Notice was also made in the national press, in the Público newspaper.
