The Universal Postal Union (UPU), based in Berne, Switzerland, has announced vacancies for the posts of Director of Economic and Regulatory Affairs and Head of EMS Unit (Operations and Technology Directorate) in its International Secretariat. Applications to these positions should be submitted no later than 31 March 2010.
Applicants should complete the application forms (in English or French), and attach a recent photograph and a copies of all documents certifying professional and language skills and capabilities.
