''Ebusinesslex.nethttp://www.ebusinesslex.net/index.asp'' portal provides information on all legal aspects of e-business aiming at helping European companies, in particular small and medium sized enterprises (SME), to face the cyber challenge.
This portal contains information about on line payments, privacy and data protection, intellectual property rights, conduct codes, certification of e-business websites and alternate mechanisms for the resolution of litigations, among other aspects.
''Ebusinesslex.net'' is a project co-financed by the European Commission-Enterprise Directorate General and was developed by the Euro Info Centres (EIC) Network, with the help of a selected group of legal experts specialized in e-business, having been set up by a partnership of EIC throughout the European Union and Norway, and co-ordinated by the EIC Milan, Italy.
