17.8. Monitoring consumer behaviour and satisfaction


2012 saw the processing, analysis and publication of the results of Marktest's Barómetro de Telecomunicações (Telecommunications Barometer) and fieldwork conducted for the survey on the use of electronic communications services by SMEs and the consumer survey of postal services - residential population.

The issues examined included access and barriers to access to various electronic communications services, consumer profiles, choice of provider and provider switching, and customer satisfaction.
