By determination of 30 August 2012, ICP-ANACOM decided to authorise accumulation by single providers of resources with the "67" code of the NNP involving the data network access services accommodated in this range, occurring as a result of mergers and/or acquisitions. This measure sought to avoid the difficulties and costs incurred by providers in this situation when migrating from one data networks access number to another and also the negative impact that these changes have on users.
