In 2010, Cabovisão, ZON TV Cabo Açoreana, ZON TV Cabo Madeirense, ZON TV Cabo Portugal, Optimus and TVI submitted legal challenges in respect of acts of settlement of annual fees with reference to the exercise of the activity of provision of electronic communications networks and services. ICP-ANACOM prepared responses to present before the court.
ICP-ANACOM also continued to monitor the 21 legal challenges over fees instigated in previous years.
