In view of the fact that ICP-ANACOM is currently preparing an assessment where this issue is analyzed in detail, any changes needed in regards to monthly fees to be set for the basic capacity unit on the three interconnection levels, resulting from the new time-based interconnection prices, will be handled in that context.
