Control of the level of quality of the universal postal service offered by CTT- Correios de Portugal, S.A.
Pursuant to paragraph no. 7 of article 8 of Law no. 102/99, of 26 July, it is incumbent upon ICP ? Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP ? ANACOM), as regulatory authority to ensure, independently of the provider of universal service, the control of the level of quality of the universal postal service that is in fact being offered, as well as to publish, at the least once every year, a report submitting the results achieved.
Therefore, in compliance with the aforementioned legal provision, it is hereby made public that the monitoring system of the quality of the universal postal service offered by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A., for the year 2001, designed by ICP - ANACOM, is available to all interested parties at the Public Enquiry Services of the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, from 09.00 am to 04.00 pm, Monday to Friday, as well as from the website www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
