For the effects of that laid down in no. 2 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 415/98 dated December 31st, it is public notice that the Board of Directors of the Instituto das Comunicacões de Portugal established the following:

1. To approve the "General and Prior Conditions to the Negotiation of Interconnection Agreements" for the year 2000, under the terms of no. 1 of article 14 of Decree-Law no. 415/98 dated December 31st, at a meeting held on the 21st of June 1999;

2. To make the information referred to in numbers 1, 2 and 3 available to all interested parties through the public attendance services of the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal, located at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays to Fridays;

3. To make the above-mentioned information also available at the ICP website - www.icp.pt.
