Statement of compliance of Portugal Telecom, S.A.'s cost accounting system
ANACOM is responsible, referring to PT Comunicações S.A. 2001 financial year, under the terms of Paragraph 5 of the Ministry of Equipment, Planning and Territorial Administration's Order nr. 15 021/99, of 20 July 1999, Article 35(2) of the Regulations for the Operation of the Fixed Telephone Service, approved by the Decree-Law 474/99, of 8 November and by the Article 29 for the Regulations of the Operation of Public Telecommunications Networks, approved by the the Decree-Law 290-A/99, of 30 July for stating the compliance of the above-mentioned company analytical cost accounting system with paragraph 3 of the said Ministerial Order, and Article 34 of the Regulations for the Operation of the Fixed Telephone Service as well as Article 29(3) and (4) of the Regulations for the Operation of Public Telecommunications Networks.
Hence, in fulfilment of these terms, it is hereby made public that the statement concerning compliance of PT Comunicações, S.A.'s analytical cost accounting system - 2001 financial year - issued by ANACOM, is available to all interested parties in ANACOM?s Public Attendance Service Avenida de José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, between 9.00 and 16.00, from Monday to Friday, and in the site www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryName=CATEGORY_ROOT&languageId=1.
