ANACOM has given approval, by determination of 6 August 2008, to the final decision on the price of access to the database on conduits of PT Comunicações (PTC), and in this context, decided that PT Comunicações shall:
- Amend, and subsequently publish, the reference offer of access to conduits (ORAC), taking into account the maximum price of the service for access to the respective database, indicated in the determination;
- Maintain, on a transitional basis, the two systems for the provision of information on conduits and associated infrastructure (through access to the Extranet and using forms with provision of plans in PDF format by email) until 31 October 2008. Subsequent to that date, access to information on conduits will be available exclusively through the Extranet (without prejudice to requests received prior to 31 October 2008 through forms, being met through the provision of plans in PDF format by email).
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing of interested parties on the respective draft decision of 11 June 2008, in respect of which comments were made by the following entities: PT Comunicações, Sonaecom SGPS, ZON TV Cabo Portugal, Vodafone Portugal, Onitelecom, SGC Telecom SGPS, Colt Telecom and Refer Telecom.
