1. The list of indicators to submit to ANACOM by the entities authorised to provide FTS shall henceforth include, in addition to that previously established, a set of indicators concerning the offer of SMS in the fixed network, as per the attached document.
2. The submission to ANACOM of the information indicated in 1. does not bar that entity from requesting the complementary submission of other information deemed necessary (specifically in the context of analysis of relevant markets, to be carried out due to publication of Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 March 2002).
3. Information concerning the 1st quarter of 2004, to be submitted as detailed in the attached document, shall be made available to ANACOM by the next 30 April, and should from then on remain in compliance with the deadlines for the submission of information envisaged in the same annex (i.e., within 30 days after the end of each quarter, half-year or year, depending on the indicators).
4. Regarding the quarterly information for the current year, submission to ANACOM should be kept as established prior to the determination dated 21 August 2003.
5. However, the annual values for 2000, 2001 and 2002 should be complementarily submitted under the new terms; said submission should preferably take place by 1 March 2004, or, should compliance with that deadline be impossible, by 30 April 2004.
6. In the specific case of statistical information on the SMS offer in the fixed network, the information for 2003 and the 1st quarter of 2004 shall be remitted to ANACOM by 30 April 2004; from that date on the schedule of submissions indicated in point 3 shall be adopted.
7. PT Comunicações shall complementarily continue to remit to ANACOM all statistical information which, besides the items approved on 18 May 2000, it has been making available to the latter entity.
