ANACOM, by decision dated 15 November 2022, set at 0.8773% the value of the t2 contribution rate to be applied to the relevant income of providers of electronic communications networks and services, for 2022.
ANACOM approved also the issue of invoices for the annual fee due in 2022 for exercising the activity of provider of electronic communications networks and services.
Amounts of relevant revenues of some providers of electronic communications networks and services were subject to a review, further to an audit carried out following a decision issued by ANACOM.
