Recovery of rights of use of numbering allocated to VOIP-IT

By decision of 01 October 2021, the Director-General for Regulation, exercising powers delegated by ANACOM's Board of Directors under point i) of paragraph 6 of Determination no. 753/2021, published on 16 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1678761 in 2nd series (Part E) of Diário da República (Official Journal), determined the recovery, from VOIP-IT, of the right of use of 30550xxxx numbering, with effect from 13 July 2021.

ANACOM also decided to waive the requirement for a prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to point f) of paragraph 1 of article 124 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).
