In observance of the current phase of deconfinement, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, ANACOM decided to resume, from 14 April 2021, its face-to-face attendance of the public, subject to prior scheduling, at all its facilities (Lisbon, Porto, Ponta Delgada and Madeira). This measure includes face-to-face attendance at the library/documentation centre in Lisbon and at the testing and calibration laboratory in Barcarena (in both cases subject to prior scheduling).
