ANACOM publishes the substance of requests and clarifications provided, under the terms of paragraph 4 of article 11 of Regulation no. 987-A/2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1573881, of 5 November, in the Auction Regulation for the allocation of frequency usage rights in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands, concealing the necessary information to ensure, in particular, the confidentiality of the applicants’ identities and potential bidding strategies.
