Decision on the amendment of the Right of Use of Frequencies held by Dense Air Portugal and future use of the 3.4-3.8 GHz band

On 23 December 2019, ANACOM approved the final decision on the amendment of the Right of Use of Frequencies held by Dense Air Portugal and future use of the 3.4-3.8 GHz frequency band.

Approval was also given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation, procedures to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted (draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1492947 approved on 22 October 2019). In response to these procedures, timely contributions were received from: Dense Air Portugal; Ericsson Telecomunicações; MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações, NOS Açores Comunicações and NOS Madeira Comunicações; Nowo Communications and Onitelecom Infocomunicações; Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
