By decision of 23 December 2019, ANACOM approved the launch of the public tender for the provision of handling/envelope services for a circular and a leaflet and their distribution in all residential dwellings in parishes covered by the 3rd to 7th stages of the process of DTT network alteration.

The composition of the tender panel and the tender documents (specifications and programme) were also approved.
