Amendment of the right of use of frequencies allocated to Dense Air Portugal and future use of the 3.4-3.8 GHz frequency band

On 22 October 2019, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the amendment of the right of use of frequencies held by Dense Air Portugal and future use of the 3.4-3.8 GHz frequency band.

It was decided to submit this DD to a prior hearing of Dense Air Portugal, pursuant to Articles 121 et seq. of the Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to a general consultation procedure, pursuant to Article 8 of the Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=383150), setting in both cases, a period of 20 working days for the interested parties to comment in writing, in Portuguese.
