The March/April 2019 issue of the Spectru bimonthly bulletin reports on ANACOM's interest in establishing partnerships with non-profit entities that produce and disseminate knowledge and with organisations pertaining to the national science and technology system, specifically higher education institutions. Other highlights include this Authority's proposals to lower spectrum fees to boost use of radio links (to the Government) and the amendment of various legal instruments (to Parliament and to the Government), the dissemination of a video on use of the complaint book and the launch of a national photography contest whose theme is ''communicate, connect, unite'', in partnership with Visão magazine.
