By decision of 2 August 2018, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the request for intervention to resolve a dispute between MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais (Vodafone) over non-compliance with procedures governing the installation of customer drops in the context of the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO).
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing haled on the respective draft decision of 21 June 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1456661 to which responses were received from MEO and Vodafone.
