Auditing of the 2016 and 2017 annual values of the indicators on quality of service, complaints and requests for information of CTT

By decision of 20 July 2017, ANACOM approved the launch of a public tender to carry out auditing of the 2016 and 2017 annual values reported for the indicators on quality of service, complaints and requests for information of CTT - Correios de Portugal.

ANACOM has also approved composition of the tender panel and the tender documents (specifications and schedule).
