MEO's cost of capital rate for financial year 2016 - notification to the European Commission

By decision of 4 August 2016, ANACOM has approved the draft final decision, for notification to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications and the national regulatory authorities of other EU Member States, regarding the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO), applicable to financial year 2016.

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision was submitted (draft decision approved on 25 May 2016https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1387421); in response to these procedures, contributions were received from MEO, Skylogic and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.
