Temporary licensing in the 900 MHZ band - denying the request by Vodafone

On 17 December 2015, ANACOM approved a draft decision request denying the request, presented by Vodafone Portugal - Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais on 29 September 2015, for a temporary network licence.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of Vodafone, whereby the company is given a time limit of 10 working days to provide a written response as it sees fit.
