Tariff for public payphones of the fixed telephone service

By determination of 25 September 2014 and subsequent to the proposal to alter the tariff applicable to communications made from public payphones, as presented by PT Comunicações (PTC) on 16 July 2014, ANACOM has decided the following:

• to declare the compliance of the tariff proposed; 
• to submit the tariff proposed to the opinion of the Advisory Council of ICP-ANACOM, pursuant to paragraph c) of article 37 of the Statutes of this Authority.
