This study from the Universal Postal Union (UPU) analyses the development of electronic services in the postal sector worldwide. It defines, classifies and measures the different services offered by postal services.
The study aims to contribute to decision making by identifying strategic electronic services, and discussing the factors that would facilitate the development of a worldwide digital postal network.
