Declaration issued to SKYNET for the provision of virtual calling card services

By order of 15 October 2010, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the company SKYNET - Comércio de Telemóveis, Lda. to provide virtual calling card services.
