By determination of 7 December 2005, approval was granted to the conclusion reached by ANACOM in respect of the assessment of the effective and efficient use of frequencies assigned to Radiomovel and of the obligation concerning the migration of the analogue and digital systems to the CDMA system assigned thereto, following the analysis of the reply submitted by Radiomovel to the determination of 15 April 2005, and the report prepared thereafter.
