The comments of the European Commission to the notification of ANACOM on the proposals for the definition of product markets and geographic markets, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations in the wholesale market of voice call termination on individual mobile networks (market 16), have already been disclosed.
The Commission has decided to bring to an end this stage of the process on market 16, referring only that, having regard to the fact that ANACOM declared that the Authority will carry out additional consultations on the implementation of cost orientation obligations and cost accounting requirements, the measures on these regulatory obligations should be notified under article 7(3) of the Framework Directive.
ANACOM may now adopt the notified proposals, having due regard to the comments received, and should subsequently notify the Commission of the adopted final measures.
