Questionnaires both in Portuguese and English are already available at the ANACOM website, concerning the developments of the sectors of electronic communications and postal services for 2004, comprising multiple financial and activity indicators, the filling in of which was requested of all operators and providers of electronic communications networks and services and postal services operated in a competition regime.
Reduced versions were also established, intended for operators and providers of telecommunications services and for providers of postal services operated in a competition regime, who have submitted within a different scope part of the requested information, such reduced versions presenting part of the items already filled in with the particulars submitted earlier.
Replies to these questionnaires shall be submitted to ANACOM by 11 March 2005, by mail and to the email address dee.stats@anacom.pt. Any requests for clarifications may be forwarded to the same email address or obtained over the telephone from the Department for Studies and Strategy (tel.: 351+217212552).
These questionnaires were launched in the scope of the monitoring of the communications sector, pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 108 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, and to point j) of paragraph 1 of article 18 of Decree-Law no. 150/2001, of 7 May, as amended by Decree-Law no. 116/2003, of 12 June.
The particulars submitted shall be disclosed at a later stage, in an aggregated form.
