Up to 4 April 2005, a public consultation of the European Regulators Group (ERG) on broadband access via cable networks will take place, as approved at the 12th meeting of the organization, which was held on the 10th and 11th of February.
The text now under consultation shall be combined with the ERG Common Position concerning the bitstream access, approved at the 8th ERG meeting, in 2004. The final decision, which shall integrate the referred Common Position, shall be disclosed at the meeting of the ERG, scheduled for May 2005.
Comments shall be submitted by email to the ERG Secretariat, to the email address erg-secretariat@cec.eu.int.
