Elimination of indicators of quality of service of the statistic form of mobile services

By determination of 19 August 2010, ANACOM decided to extinguish the obligation to periodic reporting of the indicators of group F (indicators of quality of service) of the statistical form of mobile services, approved by determination of 8 July 2009, without prejudice to the reporting obligations which arise from the current legal and regulatory framework.

It was also decided not to submit this decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under subparagraph b) of paragraph 2 of Article 103 of the Administrative Procedure Code, since the same is favorable to those concerned.
