2006-2008 Management Plan


ANACOM’s 2006-2008 Management Plan is now available. It contains the strategic objectives of this Authority - to promote open and competitive markets, to maximize consumer benefits, to maximize innovation and investment in infrastructures and to strengthen the role of the regulatory authority - as well as the fields of action and the measures that are priority for the attainment of these objectives.

The regulator’s vision works as a framework to this tool, namely at the level of its strategic positioning and of the regulatory principles that guide ANACOM’s intervention, as do the external factors that condition its activity. The document also includes the resource plan for the period under analysis, with the identification of the resources needed for its accomplishment, regarding the components personnel, investment and finance.

The 2006-2008 Management Plan was evaluated on the 3rd meeting of the Advisory Council, which took place on 12 July, which approved its opinion on the Plan.
