PT Comunicações (PTC) must alter its ''PT ADSL Network'' wholesale offer within 10 days under the terms of the determination approved by ANACOM on 24 June 2005. The report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties regarding the draft decision on the corresponding offer, approved by the determination taken on 9 May 2005, is an integral part of this determination.
In addition, this determination provides for the prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to the Code of Administrative Procedure, concerning a specific point (related to the end user migration procedure) which likewise must be altered by PTC under the same ''PT ADSL Network'' wholesale offer, for which a maximum time limit of 10 working days was also set.
