Following the draw held on 15 March 2010 at 12pm, at ANACOM’s head office in Lisbon, and under the terms of article 27 of Regulation No 427/2009 of 29 October, as rectified by Declaration No 2930/2009 of 27 November, it was determined that ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações, S.A. (ONITELECOM) will be the first undertaking to choose the lots of geographic zones 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, whereas Bravesensor, Unipessoal, Lda. shall make its preference known subsequently.
At the time it makes its choice of lots, ONITELECOM will also have to express its preference in relation to lots C or D in geographic zone 2 and Bravesensor will have to express its preference in relation to lots A, B, C or D in geographic zone 8.
The deadlines established by the BWA Auction Committee for the notification of the selected lots are 5pm on 17 March for ONITELECOM and 5pm on 19 March for Bravesensor.
