By determination of 23 December 2009, ANACOM decided to amend point e) of paragraph 4 of its decision of 29 December 2008, regarding the conditions associated with the rights of use of numbers transferred to Sonaecom, SGPS, in particular with respect to the return of certain types of these resources.
It was likewise decided to waive the prior hearing of SONAECOM, SGPS, S.A., pursuant to article 103, paragraph 2 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
