Access to administrative documents


Interested in requesting access to an administrative document of this Authority should do so by filling in the available application form, which should be sent to ANACOM by email address info@anacom.pt.

If the request is for face-to-face consultation of a file, this will be carried out at ANACOM's Public Attendence Service, available every working day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., which is accessed from Rua da Mesquita no. 4, in Lisbon.
